You were lucky to get a view of the Wal Mart that you did... Before all of that land used to be falldown shacks and swampland. This was about... Lemme see... about 10 years ago still. I should know because I lived in Vallarta since I was 5 til I was 19 (11 years ago)
So believe me, the new sights are an improvement.
