• Yup- he's walking. Not consistently, but for about two weeks now, a few steps here and there. Mostly when he thinks we aren't looking.
• Oh, and we're excited about Obama. We didn't do enough leg work, but we did contribute. Very glad to be raising children who will never know anything different.
• Prop 8 did take a bit of the wind from our sails. Our family deserves the same protections as any other. It's particularly sad that we had family members that voted against it. But that's how it is I guess. Hopefully people in California and everywhere will eventually see that we don't really have an "agenda" other than raising our families and loving each other, just like everyone else and that our kids deserve the protections that civil marriage provides to families. Let's get the religion out of politics!
